Welcome, parents & guardians
Beyond the scoreboard: understand how your athlete is really doing.
Beyond what they say, or don't say, is the energy they're actually bringing each day. HaKi gives you a clear view of it, without the interrogation in the car.
Breaking through “I’m fine”
Every parent of an athlete knows the routine. "How was practice?" "Fine." "How are you feeling?" "Good." Or just silence.
A quick check-in before every practice and game shows what casual conversation misses: a real number, from them, about how they're showing up, and how that changes over time. For young athletes who don't yet have the words or the confidence to speak up for themselves, that matters.
What you see
- Their energy today: the 1–10 score they checked in with.
- Their trends: how it moves across days, weeks and the season.
- Team context: how their energy compares with the team average.
Privacy: you only ever see your own athlete and overall team averages. Never another athlete's score, and never your athlete's private notes to their coach.
Early awareness, when it matters most
If your athlete checks in Low, you get an email with the number that day, and their coach is flagged too. One low day happens. A pattern is worth a conversation, and now you can see the pattern.
It's not about surveillance. It's about knowing when to lean in, and when they're doing just fine.
You're in control
If your athlete is under 18, their coach sees their individual scores only after you approve it with one tap. You can turn that off again at any time. Until you approve, they can still check in and count toward the team.
Parents join from an invite: your athlete or their coach adds your email or mobile number, and you get a link.
