HaKi Check-In text messages
HaKi Check-In is a pre-practice energy check-in app for sports teams, operated by HaKi Energy Systems LLC. Opt in below to get one-time sign-in codes by text and a text when your team's check-in opens (3 hours before a practice or game) and 5 minutes before it closes. Coaches also get alerts when an athlete on their team checks in with very low energy or asks to talk, and a reminder after practice to rate it.
- Frequency: varies with your team's schedule, typically 2–3 texts per practice or game.
