HaKi Check-In

Welcome, athletes

Know your state. Elevate your performance.

How you show up matters more than you might think. Ten seconds before practice tells you, and your coach, what you're bringing today.

Your edge starts before warm-ups

Think back to your best game, the one where everything clicked. How were you doing that day? Now think about a bad one. What was going on in the rest of your life?

The connection is real, and most athletes never look at it. Checking in helps you see it, so the work you put into training actually shows up when it counts.

Low · 1–3

Running on empty. The coach is flagged, and the player can ask to talk.

Steady · 4–6

Getting by. A quick note tells the coach what's going on.

Charged · 7–10

Ready to learn, compete and lead. One tap and they're done.

Track your patterns, raise your floor

Check in before every practice and game and you'll start to see your own patterns: what charges you, what drains you, and how it shows up in how you play.

Is it about being perfect? No. It's about raising your floor. Cut out the bottom-tier days that drag down your average and you become the player coaches and teammates can count on.

Who sees what

  • You see your scores, your season average and your trend, next to the team average.
  • Your coaches see your score and any note you add. If you're having a rough day, you can ask to talk.
  • Your teammates never see your number. They only see the team average, same as you.
  • Your parent sees your scores if you're under 18, but not your notes.

Stronger together

The best teams aren't just talented. When everyone is honest about how they're showing up, coaches plan better practices and teammates pick each other up. That's where team chemistry comes from: on purpose, not by luck.
